Pressure maintenance valve is a complex, dangerous and technical work. Besides being bold and prudent, pressure maintaining valve should also have strict scientific attitude. Especially, it is necessary to conduct leakage blocking work of explosive, highly toxic, high temperature, high pressure and radioactive media, and strictly follow the pre determined scheme and relevant safety regulations.

 

When maintaining the valve with pressure, the following matters shall be noted:

 

1. During maintenance, the relevant safety operation rules such as fire prevention, anti-toxic and explosion-proof shall be strictly observed.

 

2. Before handling the defects of pressure valve, the treatment plan shall be put forward, and the approval of safety technicians shall be obtained and the cooperation of operators shall be obtained. The treatment of important parts shall be jointly studied and the fire ticket and poison ticket shall be handled according to the regulations before the valve defects can be handled.

 

3. The work of dealing with defects shall be the maintenance personnel with rich experience. The site personnel should not be too many and 1 to 2 special guardians.

 

4. There should be careful safety measures to be able to cope with the worst-case. Maintenance personnel and on-site personnel shall wear protective clothing, shoes and hats, gloves and protective glasses in accordance with the provisions of protective measures for inflammable, explosive, high temperature, high pressure, toxic, highly toxic and strong corrosion media. Gas masks should also be worn for maintenance of toxic and highly toxic valves.

 

5. Safety baffle shall be set during the process of handling valve defects, and shall be careful and careful, observe while dry and carry out according to the specified scheme.

 

6. Before tightening the thread, the rust dead thread shall be cleaned and penetrated with kerosene to check whether the bolt and nut are complete; Loose rust solution or a layer of graphite powder shall also be added to lubricate the thread. When tightening the nut, do not screw firmly to prevent the bolt screw from breaking.

 

7. When welding valves, observe welding operation procedures. Metal overheating and deformation shall be prevented and new cracks shall be produced. New leakage occurs in the twisted parts, and it is not suitable to twist the joint again to avoid expanding the leakage defects.
