Maintenance of key application valves

The key application valve is the same as the automobile, if it is not maintained in time, it may have frequent faults and need more large-scale maintenance. A few conventional maintenance methods are carried out on site or in the manufacturer's service center

Steam leak repair

 

When the release valve leaks steam, maintenance does not need to replace the valve, just need to flange fixture, flange replacement and use filler to seal the leakage.

 

Flange grinding

 

When a flange of a critical application valve fails, a process called "lapping" can be used for repair. This process uses mechanical assistance to create a new surface for the flange, so that the flange has normal sealing performance and repair the damaged parts caused by long-time use, corrosion and accidents.
